The life of Birda Mae Biddle Dugger was born on December 29, 1953 in Garden Valley, Georgia to the parents of late S. T. Carson and the late Hattie Maude Biddle Montfort. She grew up and attended the public schools of Taylor County. She graduated from the Taylor County Girls High School in 1972. Birda grew into an into an industrial woman. Birda was on a mission to build a life for herself. On the journey of life she met and married Halley Dugger whom she built a life with and to the union a child was born.
Birda was no stranger to hard word what ever she found her hands to do she did and did it well with all her might, for years she worked in the manufacturing industry. Birda had strong work ethics. She worked for Purdue and her final calling was to aid and care for the elderly. She was a dedicated Home Health Care Nurse, her clients just loved her. Her care skills and compassion was always above a beyond. When Birda was not engaged in her work, she could be found walking her couple of miles walk each day. Birda loved to fish a skill she picked up from her mom. G-mama time was always her favorite thing to do. All her grandchildren viewed her as tops. Birda loved to shop it one of her favorite pastime, Seafood was her favorite food, a good lifetime movie would always pull her in to it, she always looked forward to doing activities with the Women Civic & Social Club. Birda was faithful a member of the New Home Baptist Church.
There were Eight siblings that preceded her in death.
It is said in each life some rain must fall. Birda Mae had many storms in her life but she never let them slow her or stop her, she always kept it movie. On Tuesday night February 10, 2026 Birda flew out of her last storm of life at her home surrounded those who loved her with all their heart.
Left to cherish and carry on this remarkable legacy are husband: Halley Dugger, Reynolds her two children: Alfreda Biddle (John) Harris, Aberdeen NC, Tellyis Dugger Reynolds, GA. Siblings: Geraldine (Richard) Manson, Atlanta, Ga. Lillie (Johnny) Wells Atlanta GA. Loggie Biddle, Reynolds, GA. Essie Haughbook Reynolds, GA. Lonnie (Lillie) Biddle, Billy Ray Biddle both of Milwaukee WIS. James (Anita) Carson, Alfred ( Shirley) Carson, Ronald Carson, Arlene Lawson all of Orlando, FLA. Shirley Chaney, Conyers, GA. Betty Harris Rockdale, GA. Deloris Hicks Tampa, FLA. Laura Cue, Jacksonville, FLA. Six Grandchildren and host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
