With profound sorrow we announce the heavenly flight of Mrs. Cecilia Ingram Miller age 89 who transitioned on Monday evening August 3, 2026 at Arlington Senior Living in Macon, Ga.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete but are forthcoming this week.

Mrs. Miller an Educator for many years, taught in the Talbot County School District in Talbotton, GA. Her and her husband Couch Arthur Miller teaching career impacted many students lives with their passion for Education. The world is much better due to their contribution to society as good moral citizens. They advocated for many youth who couldn’t advocate for themselves. Her memory will be remembered by the lives she touched.
