Ecclesiastes 3:1 Cecilia, affectionately known as "Cecil," was born May 8, 1937, in Reynolds, Georgia to the late Liner Ingram and Bertha Ross Ingram. She was the eleventh of twelve children born into this family. Hers was a life of fun, faithfulness, and genuine concern, especially for her family,

friends, and neighbors. Cecilia received her elementary and secondary educational training in the Taylor County Public School System. She received herBS Degree in Science from Fort Valley State College (FVSC), now Fort Valley State University in 1958. She was among the first of four generations of Ingrams to attend FVSC. During her thirty plus years teaching career, Cecilia used her passion for teaching in Taylor, Talbot, and Telfair counties with Talbot County being her favorite. She and her students from Talbot County developed a special teacher/student bond that would last a

lifetime. They traveled the world together in and out of the country. At an early age, Cecilia joined Springfield Baptist Church following in the footsteps of her father and several siblings. She served as treasurer and was a choir member. She attended services

regularly until her health began to fail. Cecilia transitioned from this life peacefully on August 3, 2026. She leaves to cherish her legacy her spouse of 67 years, Arthur Miller; two sisters-in-law; Jcan Ingram, Reynolds, GA and Albertina Engram, Miami Gardens, FL; seven nices, Sherenette Jackson of Fort Valley, GA, Doretha Rogers of Fort Mill, SC, Marilyn Gantt and Shirley Nichols of Warner Robins, GA, Cassandra (Lucien) Tancil of Atlanta, GA, Bernadette (Isaac, IV) Seals of Decatur, GA and Bertha Mary (Sencion) Engram-Valdez of Miami Gardens, FL; six nephews, Roschelle Jackson and Adrian (Carolyn) Ingram of Reynolds, GA, Donald Jackson and Frank (Charlene) Jackson of Fort Valley, GA, Thomas (Bobbie) Daniels of Fayetteville, GA and Barnard (kimberly) Ingram of Plano, TX. In addition to her parents, five brothers: Spelman Ingram, Liner Ingram, Jt., Marvin Engram, Gene Ingram, and Charles Ingram, five sisters: Lillian Ingram, Louise Batts, Jeanette Jackson, Letha Mae Daniel, and Lois Stubbs, and two nieces: Jacquelyn Batts Gooch

and Marva Jean Daniel White and one nephew, Jerome Jackson preceded her in death.
