With profound sorrow we announce the death of Derrick “Clyde” Nelson who transitioned on Friday October 2, 2026 at Peach County Atrium Health in Bryon, Ga.

Clyde as he was affectionately known was a fun, loving, guy who was full of laughter and good times. His character was a happy go lucky personality that was sure to keep those around him spirits high with his jokes and trash talk. He will be remembered for his never ending laughter. .

Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time but will be announced later for the family by HOUSE of TOWNS. We solicit your prayers for this family.
