Pauline Ross Ogburn was born on September 25, 1938 to the parents of the late Dennis Ross and Eva Hillman Ross in Butler, Georgia where she attended the public Schools of Taylor County. At an early age, she confessed Christ as her lord and savior at Friendship Baptist Church in Butler, Ga.  Pauline was a retired employee with the Upson Regional Medical Center. She was a dedicated, dependable, loyal employee. She had a very sweet, caring and radiant personality that people from all walks of life loved. On Monday April 22, 2024 she heard the voice of Jesus said come unto me and rest.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband John “ Tobe” Ogburn, son James Sherten, her brothers OC Ross, Dennis Ross, Jr. Freddy Ross, and sister Lillie Mae Ross.

She also leaves a rich legacy to be remembered which including her family. Daughters Darlene Ogburn, Cherrie ( Charlie) Jenkins, Sons Willie Ogburn, Rollie (Melissa) Ogburn, Grandchildren Quent, Aneesha, Ralecia, Vitani, Jamal, Yazmine and Johnera. James ( Emily) Adarius and Adaryll. Great-Grands Ava, Yara, Mikel, Nicolas and Taiyinn. Brothers & Sisters Leroy (Belinda) Ross, Mae (Bobby) Turner, Erma Ross, Johnny Ross, Rose Beard. Sister-in-Law Eula B. Riley and Brother-in-Law Bishop G. Ogburn, a host of neices, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. To all her phone buddies thank you for keeping her company over the phone.
