Mr. Ricky Rodtavious Fagan, affectionately known as "Tae" and widely recognized by his self-proclaimed nickname, "Mr. Getem Gone," was born on December 31, 1988, in Upson County, Georgia, to Ricky Fagan and the late Lois Ann Fagan.

On August 26, 2026, Tae departed this life in London, Kentucky, as a result of injuries sustained in a trucking accident. Though his life was unexpectedly shortened at the age of 37, the impact he made on those around him will never be forgotten. His passing leaves a deep void in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him. From an early age, Tae's grandmother Betty encouraged his spiritual development by ensuring he attended Salem Baptist Church as well as Sunday School and Vacation Bible School.

He attended public schools in Upson and Houston counties before earning his GED from Flint River Technical College. Determined to pursue his passion for trucking, he later obtained his Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and built a successful career in the transportation industry. Throughout the years, he worked for several trucking companies and, at the time of his passing, was employed as an independent contractor through his own company, Getem Gone Transportation, LLC in partnership with Freight Storage LLC.

Tae shared 17 devoted years with his companion, Aisha Williams. Together, they were blessed with four children: Alonah, who preceded him in death, Taylen, Talayah, and Jasiah. 

Tae loved being a father and was deeply committed to providing for his family. His children were his greatest motivation, inspiring him to work hard and build a successful career in the trucking industry. His passion for trucking began at an early age under the influence of his grandfather, "Pontiac". While living in Taylor County during his early age as a child, Tae often rode with his grandfather in his sand truck on Friday afternoons from Butler to Salem. Those cherished trips sparked a lifelong love for trucking that ultimately became his profession. In his spare time, Tae enjoyed spending quality time with family and friends, especially his children. He loved traveling, breeding dogs, and spending time with his beloved Frenchie Bulldog, Frank, who he has had for 6 years. He also had a passion for restoring old cars and enjoyed watching sports, with football being one of his favorite pastimes.

Tae will be remembered for his strong work ethic, love for his family, warm spirit, and the joy he brought to those around him. His memory will forever live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him.

Preceding him in death were his mother, Lois Ann Fagan; his daughter, Alonah Fagan; and his grandfathers, Eddie L. "Pontiac" Fagan and Ernest L. Walker.

He leaves to cherish his memory his father, Ricky Fagan of the Salem Community; Children, Taylen, Talayah, and Jasiah Fagan of Macon, Georgia; sister, Quanah Fagan of Fort Valley, Ga; and brothers, Ricardo Fagan and Arthur Fagan, both of the Salem Community.

He is also survived by his grandmothers, Betty R. Fagan of the Salem Community and Suzie M. Walker of Byron, GA; Aunts; Evangeline (Alvin) Miller, of Warner Robins, GA; Jacquelyn, Lewis of Warner Robins, GA; Wanda Smith of the Salem Community; Demetrius (Randy) Morton of Augusta, Ga; Nicole Mathis of Reynolds, Ga; Tericu (Christopher) Smith of Butler, Ga; Uncles: Stanley Fagan of Thomaston, Ga; Earnest Moe Walker of Butler, Ga; Tony (Davida) Fagan of Fairburn, Ga and Nicholas (Peggy) Walker of Byron, Ga.

He also leaves to cherish his memory, a devoted companion of 17 years, Aisha Williams; devoted friends, Marcus Cherry and Cameron Robinson; and a host of loving cousins, other relatives, and friends who mourn his passing.
