HOUSE of TOWNS Mortuary announces the death of Mrs Rosa Lowe of Mauk, Georgia who slept quietly away on Sunday March 20, 2022 at St. Francis Hospital of Columbus, Georgia. Rosa as she was called by friends and family but to her beloved students she was known as Mrs.  Lowe. No public service was held. Her memory was celebrated by immediate family On March 29, 2022 with ashes sprinkled at Sea at her favorite summer time spot Tybee Island, Georgia. Rosa was very industrial woman who displayed good work ethics. She served with the Taylor County School System as a Middle school and High School secretary for years. In more recent years she worked as a administrator Assistant for Internal Revenue Services. To know Rosa was to love her kind, quiet demeanor. She was kind hearted  and sensitive to the needs of other. Her heartbeat of her life was her grandchildren who she loved dearly. She was always the supporting mother and wife. She was well traveled, and always seemed optimistic.Rosa spoke her mind and never left one to wonder what was her true thoughts. Rosa has a sense of humor to get one through the day. She was the daughter of Willie James Allen & Thelma Louise Allen who preceded her in death. She is survived by a loving husband Louis Lowe of Mauk, Ga. Her loving daughter Amanda Lowe (Ternarius) Treadway of Albany, Georgia. Her sisters Lizzie Kate Dozer& Shirlene Allen. Her grandchildren Javan Gregory Treadway, Alisha Marie Treadway, Elizabeth Mitchell Treadway all of Albany, Ga. A host of cousins, nieces and nephews and many other relatives who will miss her dearly.
